I couldn't say for certain, as I haven't read it. I am very unlikely to read it too. I tried reading a Boris Johnson book once (a collection of his newspaper columns on motoring, as I recall) but he is a turgid writer.

 

However various sources have asserted that it alludes to the antisemitic trope about Jews controlling the media, so... probably?

My view is that the man who was editor at The Spectator at the time of certain article about Liverpool and Liverpudlians, and anyone who supports him, are massive weapons.
