Underrated in the team - everyone talks about Adriano, Ronaldo and Ronaldhino but Kaka is the hub of so much. The fact that he isn't all showboating but about passing and being an outlet all the time.

I hope Brazil are knocked out nice and early, if only for the sake of making the tournament interesting. I find them to be overated, with only Ronaldinho worth the hype. Emerson is one of the least mobile and most overated players I've ever seen, the defence are utter cack and most of their other star names are easily marked out of a game. They are a collection of star players rather than a cohesive unit. I think that England, Spain, Holland and especially Argentina are far more impressive.

 

I just hate it when people in places like Ipswich and Oswestry, who don't normally watch footie, start wearing Brazil shirts. When they beat Italy in that final in America, people who didn't know what great players Baresi, Zola and Baggio were went waddling around in yellow shirts. Aaggh! I know Brazil have good players, but they turn people into cliche spouting twits. :wallbutt:

So Alonso is under-rated for us?

Anyone who knows anyhting about footbal knows Kaka is world class, thus not under-rated.

 

Anyway tonight New Zealand were woeful. Far worse than Jamaica so tonights performance doesnt mean a thing.

if england end up playing brazil i reckon lennon against carlos would be interesting to see.just attack those two full backs time and time and time again.pump long balls into crouchy and see lucio and juan flap time and time again.

 

as for kaka,he is immense that first goal he just laid it on a plate for ronaldo who swallowed it up literally.

Will be interesting to see how Brazil cope with Croatia and Australia's physical stuff. Just be glad that Kevin Muscat isn't in the Aussie squad.
