At least in scotland you got 2 teams Germany seems Bayern and the rest .Is Klopp the last non Bayern manager to win the league?

That's why I want them to get fourth. Spurs, with Conte in charge, if he's still there, of course, would probably get Spurs through to the knockout stages, and then who knows how much further with some good management - Spurs being Spurs notwithstanding. If Arsenal make it out of the group stages, they'd more than likely get knocked out at the first knockout stage.
