Adrian has done very well, but it’s lunacy to talk of him retaining the short when Alisson returns. The latter gives so much more to the team and his positioning is unparalleled. I’ve never seen a keeper make so many potentially difficult saves look utterly routine.

Let Adrian keep his shorts at least, Alisson.

Sack the cringey cunt.

There’s something in that. He was slumming it at West Ham for years, came here on a free and has grabbed his chance with both hands - hero in a final, top performances for the best team in the world. Makes you wonder about all the wasted potential, players that never got a shot at the big time, players that had the talent but not the mentality etc etc. I like him

Makes you really wander how can a player be released and end up without a club.

He probably took a gamble on a situation arising where he held all the cards. We are definitely paying him more than anyone else would have offered.

This has been exactly what you want from your reserve goalie, and from the noises being made he might have done his stint in the league for the time being if Alisson is back in training in the coming days. Good job he’s done to hand the gloves back with us having 7 wins out of 7.

Robertson might go in this category too.
