VAR Thoughts?

Clear and obvious needs to go.

Stockley Park needs to be independent from the PGMOL.

The ref is still in control and has final say but it's made clear that he's overruling SP in a case like today.

See how long the inept twats last then.

Just fucking get rid of it. Diaz goal at Spurs, just a mistake, Odegaard non handball, just a mistake, Doku chest kick, just a mistake. It's VAR that's turned mistakes into scandals.

I was an advocate for it & I do believe in the right hands it can work.  However after the events of this season & the PGMOL’s shenanigans if fuck it off for good now.

You're getting negged for not learning from your mistakes. Being wrong is OK, but continuing to believe it might come round to you being right one day is no good at all.

I dont think it's incompetence anymore I think its corruption, maybe not as an organisation but individuals. Olivers mistakes always always to City's benefit, that's not incompetence.

What is it about Michael Oliver, who does mid week work in the UAE for the owners of Manchester City, which makes you think he's corrupt?

If you get the right people in, instead of the current clowns we have there's no reason why it couldn't work as it was intended too.  The thing is no fucker knows what that intention is so scrap it completely.

You're all so suspicious. Don't you know that we're British, and as such are above corruption - we leave that kind of grubbiness to the foreigners.

 100% correct, just like diving.

That show on sky where that cunt Webb looks at VAR decisions with Michael Owen is on  - fuck me it really is a shambles how the VAR teams communicate.

Let me guess - nothing to see here?

VAR "Mac Allister came into his space"

Absolutely unbelievable - maybe if his foot wasn't in a dangerous position that wouldn't be "his space"

What the fuck does that even mean? Players aren't supposed to approach other players to challenge for the ball now? The pricks make it up to suit themselves

The right people consists of one person, you. This is because the majority of these big decisions are subjective.

There is no redemption for VAR, it is a failure, will always be a failure and has ruined our sport.

"Both go in high". McAllister's feet don't leave the ground. They are actually denying the evidence of their own eyes. Complete fucking farce.

Not watching it, but if there's nobody there disputing this or offering an alternative viewpoint, then it's little more than propaganda.
