He's accepted to be an expert, but most of it is common sense.  It's just there are a lot of idiots out there.

 

Some of his advice is bollocks as well.  The pay down the debt on the one with the highest interest doesn't always work if that's a long term loan and you're leaving money on a 0% credit card and paying the minimum on that.

Paying the minimum on any credit card is frowned upon. Doing it while increasing the balance is even worse. They're not bothered if you paid your car loan off quickly.

 

Credit to him for selling his website when it was worth something.  Too many people hang onto them because it's their baby and end up with nothing.

That makes him a money making expert.
