Good player. Will score more than his fair share and get a lot of assists too. His pace is a threat and he works hard. There a lot to like. Very good signing.

 

Seems churlish to say, as he has started well here and is obviously a good player, but he should be working on his finishing. If that improves he will get another half dozen a season, instead of a probable 15-18 goals, which is still good.

Played well again, yes missed a few chances but MOM by a mile, i like the way the battles for he ball and has the knack of recovering the ball quickly again if is looses it, good strength and the lad too. Could get 20+ goals this season. His pace is a constant threat.

He'll be incredibly frustrating at times but he'll prove to be a great signing for the money when compared to the rest of the market this summer.

I think people are right an tha about this goal. This was an occasion where playing him on the right benefits him. He's drifted inside on his left and smashed a nice finish in. It showed he has got it in his locker.

 

He does find himself on the outside of the defender more often though and I think he would be shooting more like this if he was on the other side of the pitch. You would lose out on this goal though as he just isn't doing that on his right foot. It really is a minor thing though compared to other bigger issues. He's hit the ground running and it's nice to get a ready made big money signing through the door that just performs from minute one.

He is a cracking player and is already scoring a hatfull of goals early in his career here. Our time should be spent berating our fuckin shite defence for making our brilliant forwards look shite. Firmino was only below par yesterday because of Sturridge's inclusion in a more central position.

Yes, he's brilliant right now but with a little more composure and if he improves his finishing he would be a top top player. Right now he's a top player, not top top. Suraez was top top-top. Him and Mane but defences instantly on the backfoot though, pace is so important in this league. His movement off the ball is the best i've seen from a player in a while.
