VVD, Koulibaly and Gomez - not sure that's fair on the rest of the league
  2. INTORRESTING

    Robbie Fowler

A lot of reports at the time said Thompson and Fowler didn't get on either. Robbie got frozen out , i remember being gutted every time he didn't play.

    Go fuck yourselves FSG

Why did they even bother testing the water? This has made us look stupid for no reason.

Man City - the new bitters?

I can't get over the Blue Moon forum. Lunatics.
  5. Win the league and rest the first 11. Some never get any rest and the upcoming tournaments, if they go ahead, are really going to take their toll. Forget about records, win it and plan for next year.
  6. Exactly, it's just unlucky. We can't ask for more from a back up. I also wasn't expecting 3 in a row either. Not too worried. Big summer window and crack on.
  7. We are out because of the keeper. That's clear as day. It's fine to say it, it's not his fault, he isn't good enough to start but has been great this season and helped us win the league. You need your best players in Europe and Allison and VVD together are vital.
  8. I wasn't expecting 3 finals in a row, but don't just hand it to them - total shit from the keeper. Never happens with our No1. I think season has been over for a while now though.

A savage film. They love a bit of revenge! Quite interesting: Han, or haan, [ha̠n] is a concept of an emotion, variously described as some form of grief or resentment, among others, that has been said to be a characteristic of Korean culture. The idea of han and its association with Korean identity are relatively recent, originating during the Japanese occupation of Korea from Japanese colonial stereotypes and the characterization of Korean art and culture as "sorrowful" by Yanagi Sōetsu.[1][2][3][4][5] Yanagi's theory, called the "beauty of sorrow", has received criticism in both Korea and, more recently, Japan, and has been criticized as "under-theorized" and "prejudiced".[6][7] Han, as a specifically Korean characteristic, did not originally exist prior to the Japanese occupation,[8] but was adopted and popularized by Koreans in the 20th century due to its propagation by scholars,[2][5] the circumstances of Korea's turbulent modern history,[3] and the political promotion of ethnic-national solidarity through a sense of "shared suffering".[9] Han, as a theme, is expressed in many aspects of modern Korean culture, such as film and contemporary pansori. Han is derived from the Chinese character 恨, which means resentment, hatred, or regret. According to the Translation Journal, "Han is frequently translated as sorrow, spite, rancor, regret, resentment or grief, among many other attempts to explain a concept that has no English equivalent."[11] The film director Im Kwon-Taek has said that Koreans have different interpretations of han.[12] The minjung theologian Suh Nam-dong described han as "a feeling of unresolved resentment against injustices suffered, a sense of helplessness because of the overwhelming odds against one, a feeling of acute pain in one's guts and bowels, making the whole body writhe and squirm, and an obstinate urge to take revenge and to right the wrong—all these combined".[13] The novelist Pak Kyongni described han as both sadness and hope.

I wouldn't complain if Koulibaly signed.

Need to watch The Chaser before you check out! Also, it would be a shame to miss: A dirty carnival, I saw the Devil, A Bittersweet Life, Nameless Gangster, The Wailing and the Man from Nowhere!

It was coming. Glad to get it out the way. Time to sharpen up and make this our best ever season - 3 trophies to go. I am glad we are so for ahead as the bottom teams are fighting for their lives now. I think the press were more worried about going unbeaten than us - who gives a shit?

    Chelsea (A) FA Cup. 3/3/2020 - 19:75

We should go for this and keep the momentum going. Play some of the squad and only a couple of kids. There is a chance to win it all this year, it might not happen again - a knockout game might help us get our spark back. We have been so good and our only real danger is complacency and the adrenaline running out. I presume Klopp has been saving the gegen press to avoid burnout. Maybe now is the time to bring it back.
