FF Premiership Draft

If that's what everyone else wants to do then I'm fine with it, but I like doing a bit of research for players and this sounds like it'll cut that aspect of it out.

What type of draft do you think?

We've still not done a euros or champions league one. Might take a while for more people to be interested in doing it with it being a bank holiday and a nice day I'd imagine people are out doing stuff.

Champs League would be good.  

 

Renamed in 1992 so any players who have played in the competition since then.

I don't really think I can, reason being that any time I've done these I've done most of the research in work on the PC, which is far more practical than using the phone. I'm off work for another 10 days. I'll have to give it a miss this time

The rules I am thinking:

 

1) The draft selection will go in the following order:

Selection 1) Team 1, then Team 2, Team 3...etc to Team 12

Selection 2) Team 12, then Team 11, Team 10... etc to Team 1

Selection 3) Team 1, then Team 2, Team 3...etc to Team 12 

Selection 4) Team 12, then Team 11, Team 10... etc to Team 1

etc etc...

2) There will be a time limit on selections. When it is your turn you have 8 hours from when the previous Team have made their selection (between the hours of (9am - 10pm). If you miss you turn you go twice on your next turn.

3) When you have made your pick, please PM the next team in the draft order to let them know it's their turn.

4) Each team will have 11 players. The players must have played one game in the Champions League, since it changed its name from the European Cup in 1992 to present.

5) Don't mention other players who have not been selected yet (or neggings will occur). Banter is fine about players who likely won't be picked (or that have been selected). But discussing potential players who could be picked is frowned upon.

6) Players picked are judged during their career, not necessarily what they did at that club.  How good they were, what they won.

7) No chat in this thread, please use the other thread to discuss the draft.
