Courtesy of an episode of The Chase recently (question: which blue cheese is a key ingredient of a belvoir crumpet? Answer: Stilton.) I discovered said belvoir crumpets. Made them for breakfast while home. Sensational.

For those unfamiliar, it's stilton, butter, port, little bit of yoghurt and walnuts mixed in bowl and then spread and grilled on top of a crumpet.

Jesus I can taste that through my phone. I’m in bed but might have to get up and eat some food now. Wow
