Had to work yesterday afternoon so couldn’t do a roast. So put lamb shanks in the oven for 6 hours and had this instead.

Put the lamb shanks in before work, got home and just quickly did the mash and veg then sat in front of the telly and cleared the lot with a bottle of red before passing out on the sofa before the unmentionable highlights.
