Missus has been feeling I’ll for about 3 weeks and is doing panto at the moment (local am dram) with 2 shows Saturday and one today, so I said I’d come round and cook us a dinner.

 

made a veggie massamam curry with rice and homemade sweet corn fritters cooked in the air fryer.

 

was absolutely outstanding.

I wasn't sure where to put this, but this thread is as good as any. Really interesting article about the guy who set up Neal's Yard dairy in Covent Garden, along with a load of other stuff. It's a long article, but quite fascinating.

I have always found this to be the weirdest name for it. It's like someone thought let's describe this in 2 words, one of the words should be 100% accurate, the other 0% accurate.
