Sounds my cup of tea that. I’ve had it with normal coke, and black treacle (both nice), but this might just be the cherry on the top.

The wife is doing this one tomorrow.

Seafood selection for tonight. Gammon in mulled wine slow cooked and lamb leg for tomorrow. Beef for boxing day but as my missus has the imagination flu were down from  9 to 6 attendees so might not need the beef

Sounds lovely, what seafood?

Her mum usually does a big pan of scouse on xmas eve but hasn't this year so we've decided on a chippy. I've fucked myself up though, cooking xmas dinner for 9 tomorrow and have just spent an hour prepping which means one less hour I can avoid people and stay in the kitchen.

So you've gone from none of the animals to, like, all of them?

Nice mix, a lobster isn't pictured. You can see my gravlax in the background.  Was really nice and all from tesco.

I’ve said before I was tempted to get myself a sous vide machine but never got round to it.

Missus is at work today and this was just delivered, it’s my birthday Saturday, so hoping I’ll be doing a sirloin of beef on Sunday.
