Because if there's emails saying "let's prorogue parliament to keep the heat off for brexit", then they go to the queen and say "we need to prorogue as it's a new government and we need to set an agenda", it's an abuse of their power. If it's against the law is an interesting debate as we don't have a written constitution and it requires our public servants to act within the spirit of the precedents that have been set previously, but I'm pretty sure if the government told the queen it wanted to prorogue to avoid being accountable to parliament, she could have rightly told them to fuck off. It's why the cases are not challenging what the queen did, but the advice given to her by Johnson and his government.

Surely to fuck there's something wrong where some antiquated law or whatever the fuck it is that says the PM has to approach and explain to a 93 year old person in such a complex matter.

The BBC are wank these days and have literally no balls. They just let themselves be used by whichever Government is in office and are prepared to keep the TV licence money rolling in. It's pretty sad that those of you in the UK basically pay for that slanty faced twat Kuensenberg's biased views.

Labour activist makes Johnson lie about no press being there in, in front of the press that were there.

BBC quite right to have a go at this manipulative dad.

He probably heard Johnson was going to the hospital and left his child outside all night to make sure it got sick, what a cunt.

Made her drink bleach clearly.

It’s been terrible for years but the downward spiral really accelerated when they started putting tories in executive and leadership roles. Pretty much the entirety of the news output is dictated by former and current tories, and it shows

The brilliance of the guy oozes through in his clinical takedown of the EU's position as reported in The Independent

It comes after reports that proposals brought to Brussels by UK negotiators amounted to the old agreement, with the section on the Irish backstop simply crossed out in the text.

They're claiming that Hospital Dad had a concealed microphone now and that it was all a set up. Did he get his daughter to pretend to be sick? Was there a hospital insider who got her admitted to the ward Johnson was due to visit? It would've took quite the conspiracy to set it all up to run so smoothly.

And they say that "Corbynistas" are the cultists?

Correction. Emotional father of sick patient turns out to be Labour activist who seems to have handily come equipped with his own microphone. As you do when your child is ill.
