Dave Gorman.

Was just flicking through the channels and saw him on Soccer AM, now being a fan of him I listened to what he says, and they eventually get onto football and it turns out he is a red. Good lad, that dave.

I didn't know that. I'm going through the Dave Gorman show podcasts at the moment and I always had it in the back of my mind that he supported the Mancs.

I think Jolie said on Letterman once that Maddox was a huge fan and had a top and everything and started supporting lfc by watching the boys on tv.

I've heard Eunice Huthart (Scouse ex-Gladiator, Hollywood stunt-bird and Jolie mate and colleague) claim credit for getting him on the path of righteousness.

Noel Clarke - apparently a serious, grown up auteur, but still "Ricky the Idiot" to me - said on Soccer AM that he became a Red by watching Digger backheeling bananas off the pitch.

And the Daily Show's John Oliver is a Red, with a framed shirt in his office at the studio.

Jodie Kidd has been a Red since 1998 and (claims) she goes to any of the away games in London.

Sharon Maughan & Trevor Eve, but whether Trevor was forced into it by his wife I don't know...

Philip Avery - BBC Weatherman

Ben Brown - BBC News, managed to watch one of our games during the second Gulf War from the middle of Iraq while embedded with the army.

Actor David Morrissey was on Soccer Saturday piece about Liverpool couple of weeks ago. Guessing he had a smile on his face the day Stan Collymore was killed off in the Basic Instinct sequel

Mike Myers is a Red but is bigger hockey fan. Saw him interviewed a few years ago and on given a choice between Liverpool and Toronto Maple Leafs went with Toronto Maple Leafs just.

In Ireland

Stand Up Comic Tommy Tiernan is a fan. He had piece in recent book bout Liverpool and Ireland confirming it.

RTE sports anchor Bill O'Herlihy is also rumoured to be a Red

Surprised nobody has mentioned Liam Neeson

One of the most iconic moments of recent time was the brilliant Benny winner at Fulham & made even more poignant by the camera panning to a private box where Liam & his 2 lads were going crazy, literally days after their mother had died.

Also re Sharon Maughan, she used to live with ( may even have been married to ) Phil Boersma and that may be where the allegiance came from.

the stuntwoman on tombraider was from liverpool(she won gladiators a few years back)she became good friends with jolie and gave her a liverpool shirt for maddox.thats where it all started and by all accounts he's a mad red now.

Maddox's nanny is a scouser. She is the one who got him into supporting Liverpool.

FFS,doesnt anybody understand sarcasm?

I'll try not have a laugh any more then.

What happened to our sense of humour?

I obviously wasnt dancing up and down on the Kop that night then, must have been a dream.

I get overly defensive about that goal, ever since I was disappointed to see that it actually did cross the line: I really hoped we'd got one over on the cunts.

Apologies for the hair-trigger neg. Feel free to revenge neg me if it helps.

Dont think I can neg actually but I wouldnt do it anyway.

Maybe its my fault for not putting a smiley face or something after the caption.

I find that laughing about this incident just makes it all that sweeter, especially watching Mourinho go on and on and on about it.
