Got exposed there, pure and simple. Just too difficult winning matches in the last 15 minutes so often. This is a strong team mentally, we wouldn't have gotten in contention in the league without that, but the performance level is just not good enough.

At one point Robertson and Gomez, the two full backs, were 5 yards away from each other in central midfield. It still puzzles me why we’ve changed the roles of two of our most prolific players assist and chances created wise as we still play this way with both TAA and Robertson in the team. 
 

Perfect storm tonight. Everyone having an off day, a total lack of control of the game and an opposition manager with a plan that worked perfectly against us.

All the injuries combined with the fixture list has caught up with us now. A lot of people seem to think as long as a given player is on the pitch, everything is ok and he’ll deliver at his maximum level. 
 

Doesnt work like that, it’s caught up with us now, the intensity drops, and without the intensity we’re mediocre.

I always thought that was going to be a risk. Clark and Danns should have been getting minutes in recent games. They proved their worth. And though he’s probably exhausted, we missed Bradley tonight.
