He is undoubtedly shite. However Phil Collins and his fans know that his music is a guilty pleasure and are therefore aware that really it is shite. To be fair The Eagles did some decent tracks on earlier albums but agreed about Hotel California,  it is a drag, it was the best thing ever when it came out, though not for me, much like Breakfast In America though they done some decent tracks too eg on Crisis What Crisis.

Thus I hate the song Imagine by John Lennon but I would not say that its the worst song of all time.

 

Much of the music on here is not shit or in the worst of all time category its just not your cup of tea.

I thought it was a vocoder that was responsible for the fucking annoying affect on that cunts voice? Either way I agree wholeheartedly.

 

I don't agree that bad lyrics are integral to a bad song. Annoying, catchy shit can get stuck in your head for weeks and bothers me much more than a lame simile or gibberish. Then there are certain singers whose voices are just awful to listen to like the twat from Maroon 5 or Liam Gallagher. It's not to say they are poor technical singers or whatever I just hate their voices.

That's like Mel C, she has a strong voice can hit notes but it just doesn't sound nice at all, in fact it's horrific and I wish she would shut the fuck up, to be fair she has for a while . The same goes for Ronan Keating except he hasn't got a strong voice, he can't hit the notes, he's at best a pub singer no one pays attention to normally yet he's made millions from singing. What a shithole world. Fuck that guy.
