January Transfer Window 2016

Damn thought we might buck the trend and actually improve the team where it desperately needs improving in the window of opportunity we are given. Guess they think the utter dross our players display week in week out, fucking up the absolute basic skills you are taught when you are still in infant school are good enough. Just a shame other clubs don't feel the same about their sides so we don't find their improvements making our shower of shite look even worse.

There's still time. pfffff.

Thank God for small mercies, imagine if Rodgers was still in charge with the bunch of fannies he knocked together and no chance of spunking more money? We'd probably be out of all the cups and in a relegation fight.

Still 8 and a half hours to go, I'm sure we can at least expect one last lie about being interested in a player only to offer less than his worth and in doing so ensuring no deal will be done.

Matt Hughes

‏@MattHughesTimes

#StokeCity have agreed 24m euro fee (£18.2m) with #FCPorto for Gianelli Imbula. Porto will also receive 15 per cent of future transfer fee.

Terrific signing by Stoke. Midfielder with pace, power and dribbling ability. He has the potential to be one of the best midfielders in the league.

Yep, top player. Has a bit of Vieira about him. That cunt Hughes is building a very good side over there.

Let's be honest, most of us thought that the owners would be giving very little out this window despite the squad being decimated up front and being shit elsewhere.

It will be interesting to see how much we invest in players this summer, especially when you factor in the bumper pay out to clubs for the TV rights deal.

I'm guessing that we'll be lucky to see half of it being used, we'll probably sell a few players and add 20 million on top of it and make out we should be grateful. Once the new stand is up and running I fully expect our club to be sold on for a handsome profit as far as the owners go.

FSG can fuck off, not been keen on them from the start, not as bad as the previous lot but they are just out to use us as a way of making profit without any great risks being involved.

They never pretended to be anything else tbf.  The biggest problem they've caused is letting Rodgers and his band of merry men waste 300m, making the atrocious spending of Kenny/Comolli look like value for money.

We simply can't compete within our means whilst wasting the vast majority of it.

You need to factor in the money we received for players, they haven't given out 300 million at all. Still wasted it mind.
