There's lot's of funny women, there just isn't a lot of funny stand up comedian's that happen to be women. I think it's a fair observation to make. Whether that's due to perceived gender inequality, or women not commanding the authority onstage that some of the best male stand up's have, i don't know, but it's pretty obvious the quality is lacking.

Men and women have different qualities. I don't see how this is news to anyone. That's not to say women can't be funny or men can't be empathic. I see this as being pretty harmless, as far as generalisations go.
