Selling Sakho

  1. 1. Would it be a mistake to sell him?

Yeah, Koulibaly's an animal. He'd be a great option. Another option if we don't mind paying a high fee is Mustafi. Amazing defender who has all the qualities. Tah and Sule are good as well but a little young. If we get rid of Sakho we should get someone around his age.

Mustafi was once at Everton I believe.

When Lovren returned from injury after Klopp arrived, he stuck with Skrtel until he then got injured. I don't think he sees him as the last resort option some on here do, however I think he'll go with Toure who hasn't the same fitness (or should that be fatness) issues.

Sorry mate, missed this yesterday.

See what you mean, just think the Watford game really showed his weaknesses up as a future option beyond this season. Also think we'll see Klopp publicly giving Benteke a bit of toffee in the next week or so, as he rightly tries to squeeze every drop out of what he has available to him.

Time will tell. Skrtel certainly isn't as bad as he looked at Southampton, and there were obvious mitigating factors for it, but I don't think he'll be here next year personally.

Agree Toure will get the nod on Thursday too. Unless Mama sings like a canary to save himself in the meanwhile.

I've been trying to work out who gets the shove all year.

I can't say I have a horse in the race, to use a Kloppism, so it doesn't really bother me. I think they all have obvious weaknesses, and every pairing we have used has shipped goals at a rate I'd rather we fixed. Sakho and Lovren weren't looking bad of late, relatively, but also may have been chemically enhanced.

Sense? Playing a potential drug-cheat? Okay.

Well, we can't bring anyone in to replace him over the next few weeks. Play him now while they decide a punishment, and once the have, we'll have all summer to deal with it.

All depends if they'll be more lenient as we have withdrawn the player from competition or not. But even so, we need him now.

And referring to him with the rather lazy 'drugs cheat' makes you sound like a tabloid journalist.

If you show me where I did that, I'll happily retract it. Of course, not being a vapid cunt - and being one of the few people on here who, instead of being a cunt and putting the boot in, said to wait - I didn't say he was a drugs cheat.

It's fucking hard work in here these days.
