Fucks sake Mourinho will win shit with them won't he

Nah. He's the last person you want to have to build from the outside, which is where Man Utd are at the moment. The fact that he is completely incapable of managing past the two year mark & lacking the mistique he once had compounds that.

It will be interesting to see if he lasts more than a season - fail to qualify for the CL next year and he's sacked.

I'd be a lot more concerned if they'd gone with Simeone.

He's a good manager, clearly, but yesterday's man to a large degree.

I don't see Jurgen, Guardiola or Conte taking any of his snide shite in the way that arsed-faced former Manchester United player-journeymen-managers did a decade ago.

New York City FC are currently playing New York Red Bulls in the MLS. With around 20 minutes to go, Red Bulls are 5-0 up. NYC FC's team contains both Pirlo and Villa with Lampard on the bench. The funny thing is that they've got players named Frederic Brilliant and Federico Bravo in the starting XI.

Mourinho is no genius and Utd isn't Chelsea and won't indulge his egotistical bullshit,

I thinks they have reluctantly appointed him and it could well go badly wrong especially if Giggs fucks off

Hope you're right.

In some ways Liverpool, City and United all in a similar boat - they've each got the top guy on their list but if they don't succeed where the hell do any of them turn to next?
