Tough one, as it was a real team effort, but....

1. Adam - showed what he can do after a series of weak displays. No coincidence that a return of form came with the introduction of a proper holding midfielder

2. Spearing - see above. Not outstanding, but the main reason we looked so much better (along with Wolves' shiteness obviously)

3. Enrique - love him. Let's hope that puts an end to his little dip of form lately. Getting past Frimpong and the subsequent pass for Kuyt has to be one of the efforts of the season. The young Arsenal loanee (is that a word) tried to get him to the floor with all means possible, but he just shrugged him off - then that pass:drool:

Thought everyone bar Henderson (and even he almost made a telling contribution) played really well - nice to see!

One small concern I have is the chemistry between Carroll and Bellamy. Think Bellamy is a little too harsh on our number 9, and that caused a bit of friction last night. Seems like he's constantly yelling at Andy, who in return gets a bit frustrated. Last night, Bellamy had three or four clear opportunities to set up Carroll but chose not to every time, obviously not trusting him (I can sort of see where he's coming from, but still). Carroll was rightly pissed at that, and each of them turned away in disgust with each mistake the other made. Let's hope they sort it out.
