Let them big themselves up as much as they want. We should encourage it. When reality hits it will hit all the harder.

The whole modern Liverpool is built on nothing except their claim to be better than us. We are all that matters to them. If that changed they’d have to face up to one league cup in a decade whilst the rest of the top 6 have moved ahead of them on and off the pitch. It’s enough to keep the hordes at bay that they get a few weekends of laughing at Everton. They can watch YouTube videos of it when they finish the season empty handed yet again.

Becoming an urban myth how well they apparently played, just because they weren’t as shit as usual doesn’t mean they deserved anything from the game, they really weren’t that great,Liverpool were the better side and deserved the win, also it’s harsh that Origis goal is being written off as a total fluke, he did what good strikers do he stayed alive to the possibility of a chance and was right there when the chance presented itself.

It's bizarre. They're a few points better off than teams like Watford or Bournemouth, mainly because they've beaten some dross at home recently. They're closer to the bottom of the league than the top, and 14 points behind us just over a third into the season. They played well for about a 15 minute spell during the first half on Sunday, and were quite tight in the second.

And yet- completely ignoring the context of the goal- Klopp running on the pitch and the team celebrating the win means we're 'running scared'. Of what, exactly?

They are comparing Klopps reaction to that of their wives when the goal was scored.

Ahh, Klopp was a lot slower and didn't bounce off as many walls.

He'd know all about actual disrespect, the absolute creature. Ask Anthony Cotton.

Get back in your box, Michael.

It's quite brilliant how his review of a game he thinks they played well in, 50% of it is talking about our manager. If he'd have had to fill his column with a review of the game, he'd have had to admit they were very much 2nd best despite their best performance in over a decade.

To be fair a lot of away fans visiting Liverpool come to Anfield.

Fuck all at Goodison to see unless you’re Philip Serrell.

Oh but you are wrong my friend. Feast your eyes on this magnificent beast.

Even when it's broken, it's correct two times more than the standard evertonian.

    • Whatever it's meant to be, and whether we've signed up to it or not, the key part in all of this is that we as a club are not seen as the main driving force behind it, as happened with Project Big Picture. The Mancs were as involved as we were with that, but they managed to portray themselves as simply following our lead when the shit hit the fan with the media. We're always going to be seen as one of the main players for a breakaway league but that is preferable to being viewed as the instigator.
    • Just leave the fucking game alone! Fuck VAR and fuck all this new bollocks. Oh and City aren't 'Big 6' they are lottery winning wankers who nobody is even arsed about. Wankers
    • It's just panic setting in that it undermines the fsg sell to buy model. The only people arsed about a sell on clause are those dreaming of one day selling him on and moneyballing it in the next transfer window. Everybody slightly normal would be thinking  1. He's a bargain 2. We want him to play his career here. So we don't need to care about sell on clauses.  3. If he wants to go to some mega rich club somewhere down the line, it means we've had a wonder talent on our hands and enjoyed his success for a initial tiny fee.  4. If he doesn't go on to hit the heights we all hope, it's still a tiny fee and we'll clearly still make a profit. It reduces the risk of the transfer should some of the fee today be linked to future sell on.  5. It's only right the club that develops him gets a reasonable fee for developing a talent that we thought was good enough to play in our 1st team squad at 16!    Bottom line, surely all anyone wants is him to be fucking brilliant and spend his career here? Who's arsed about a sell on?
    • They literally make it up as they go along. That offside was really tight yet they looked at it for all of 30 seconds yet Firmino’s last week was checked for about 3 minutes till they got the line right so they could disallow it
