Why are we going for a striker. Im happy with the 4 we have, although as someone posted it may be fowler's last season as a main striker. Id go for klose. We have pace in Bellamy, Hight and hold up play in Crouch, Work rate and a bit of everything in Dirk and in Klose we would have a finisher and a goal poacher.

Money will always be an issue, so I'd want Edu and A.Nother.

 

Edu will probably cost just £3.5-4 million, and I firmly believe he'll become top class. David McGoldrick could also be a cheap and decent backup option.

 

I rate Torres, but more than £20 million is too much. Bojinov is another excellent prospect, and for a reasonable price I'd buy him... It might be worth considering Higuain, but I've yet to watch him play a full game so I'm just going by what I've read.

 

Nsue and Krkic have impressed me a lot in international youth football.

Almost a Madrid player if you'd belive some reports, along with Gago. I'd go for Adriano, big hefty powerful bastid.

I think Defoe given a regular run in any side would produce, but the key pharse there is a regular run. I'm quite happy with what we got, would love to see us bring another Fowler through the ranks, would be quite ironic the fact that everyone is talking about money and we go apull a sweet cheeks from the ranks.
