Misleading. He's a huge Shack fan and has the cover art from HMS Fable tattooed on his back.

Torres is massively over-rated. He's decent, but no more.

 

I thought that until hearing Guilem Balague on the La Liga show and it made me think for a second. He made a point of saying Torres is under too much pressure at Athletico, with being the man everyone looks too for goals and especially being named captain. Balague goes on to say Torres's development has been halted at Athletico and he needs a new start at a club with less pressures on him individualy, such as captaincy.

 

Just made me wonder wether he does need a new start or less pressures on him to show what all this hype is all about and to be able to develop more.

wherever he moves he is gonna come up with a 15-20 million pound ( atleast) price tag. Because of the price tag, the expectations are going to be huge for Torres. If he comes to liverpool, he wud be expected to break 20 league goals in the first season. I dont think there is much of a chance for him to move somewhere with less pressure.

S'pose, but Torres to Athletico = Gerrard to Liverpool. Immense pressure.

 

For what it's worth, I think he's a Rooney type player - more of a forward than an out-and-out striker. Torres and Kuyt would rock my socks off. Can't see it happening though.
