Probably not a great deal to see there.  You'd expect the intelligence services of politically-aligned (in this case, far right) governments to cooperate.  Also, you'd expect them to be a bit coy about the exact nature of what they're working on.  I'd assume that similar meetings happen all the time; given that fatal accidents (car crashes, house fires, boat sinkings, etc.) are also things that aren't uncommon, it's not improbable that a fatal accident should strike one of these meetings. 

 

Not that that will stop the conspiracy cranks.

I don't think you need to be a conspiracy crank to think the circumstances of this tragedy were odd. I get that spooks meet up on occasions, but 14 Italian and 9 Mossad and ex-Mossad agents is quite a meeting.

Read that 18 Palestinian journalists have been shot by Israelli security forces in the past few years. Have a wild guess at how many have faced charges.
