Cheers, can’t have been 10 years since I’ve been down the bottom of London road, although the rerouting around the Royal a few years back took it out of a few journeys, mustn’t have registered it had gone.

Exactly, and that article is a year old. It looked to me last time I was over in February , that parts of it was ready with entrance from Hotham street. I always stay at Lord Nelson, so I walk past there every night after getting some food at City Kebab.
