Getting a response 503 Service not available when using EE data. It loads fine over wifi. All other sites load as normal over EE mobile data. It's been happening for about a week or more. I assumed it would right itself, but I find myself on the bus with no Christmas Clout, and as I'm sure you'll agree, this is just not acceptable.

I thought this might be one for TNF but it doesn't get the traffic.

Come at me nerds, whys my shit fucked up yo.

Dave's tied up a deal with EE that means only gold members can access via mobile data.

Either that or GCHQ are watching you.

I've golded and it's not fixed. Give me my member money back you cunt.

(I golded coincidentally as I  was in a state of appreciation for this place (having had my mobile access stopped) and discovered the cheapo £6 option for payment)

This is happening again, only this time, the same fix that happened last time isn't working.

Halp.

it can happen sometimes if you switch from wireless to mobile.  Close the app, and if you're outside a wireless hotspot that you can use, switch off wireless, and re-open the app.

Tried all combinations of resetting APN settings via their configuration text, also tried manually amending them. Tried rebooting the phone too. The funny thing is, the last time this happened is when I got my LG G4 (December 2016) and I've just got a new phone. I'd say that points to it being an network/configuration issue again, only this time the default settings from EE aren't fixing it.

Got it. I was opening the configuration message from EE and hitting "install" and trusting that when it said "installed" that it wasn't being a lying jamoke.

So i went in and manually deleted the previous APN settings and re-ran same configuration message installation and it worked.

for fuck sake

Where are APN settings. I have an S7 and same things happening to me

On Android 7.0:

Pull down notification panel

Settings cog

Connections

Mobile networks

Access point names

EE Internet

Three dots (top right)

Delete APN

Once deleted, get a new one sent from:

I was having the same problem.

I couldn't view this site in the browser or in tapatalk and was searching the web and stumbled across this site.

Fuck me it's a small world.

I have the same problem and I've decided to leave it.

I actually get things done at work now.
