......Liverpool win the league this year or fuck the fittest bird in your place of work? Be honest. And if it's the latter let's have some details.

If Manchester City or Newcastle offer, say, £12m for Peter Crouch in January, should we accept the bid?

At 25, he's in his prime, he's scored 35 goals in 54 games for us and he's a world class striker. However, he's injury prone, missed 31 games this season and will miss the next month. If there was an offer on the table of £50m in the summer, would you take it?

Would You Sell Mascherano This Summer? 1 2 3 4

I think it might need to be considered. Ideally we'd have loads of funds and then the answer would clearly be no, as he's one of the best holding midfielders around. However the reality is we don't have unlimited funds and Mascherano could raise £30odd million we could mean Rafa could feasibly afford an 'Aguero type' player. Lucas has developed this season and I think he could do the holding role for us, alongside Gerrard in centre midfield. This team needs another goal scorer, to play with Torres or instead of him when Torres is injured / rested. It could also mean that Rafa can also get the other players we need such as a top winger, as he can sell…

Simple question....

most likely end up losing Suarez in the summer because he would not be guarenteed CL football or would you go all in trying to finish as high as we can and maybe even win the league and if we fail agt least we tried?

from the start or from the bench?

I wouldn't. we've watched him play for Holland and Feyenoord but it will take him a while to settle at anfield. it's natural. And what sort of message would it send to the other forwards if this guy comes in after one or two training sessions and goes straight into the team?? I don't think robbie will start as he's been injured and garcia can come off the bench and win it for us if we need him. I'd start with Bellamy and Crouch, they've had longer to get to know each other and linked well on sunday. saying that though he could play neither, play a five man midfield and kuyt up front on his own

Don't get me wrong, I rate Lucas. Would like him to be our 4th, 5th choice centre midfielder, a useful squaddie with decent quality. He seems to improve with every week in last twelve months, last year was arguably our best performer of the preseason and was a consistent fairly good player in the season, the one that apart from Reina less disappointed, not only because of little expectations. Still, he has limited technique, has an eye for a pass, which he showed in last month of the season, but can't get more than 2-3 assists per season. He can't dribble and lacks drive of Stevie to play a more attacking role. He is a decent tackler, still has no pace and no height, Siss…

My Wolves (and beans) supporting mate just text me that he hopes Traore plays well so that we buy him in January. Which made me think, for our 5th choice forward would you swap Big Div for Dave’s ex-boy?

The Reds finished above both Arsenal and Manchester United this season and secured a place in the top four for only the second time in eight years. Arsenal and United both lifted silverware though, with Jose Mourinho's side also claiming a place in the CL for next season as a result of that. We asked three of our writers whose season they'd rather have had... If we're completely disregarding context and simply asking. Would you rather finish fourth, fifth with one trophy, or sixth with two trophies, then I’m taking option three every time, obviously. However, when you factor everything else into it then as a Liverpool fan it becomes more complex. On paper Uni…

If the things written about Gallas are true he epitomises everything I hate about modern day football and is a Mercenary . No doubt when he leaves Chelsea he will join the highest bidder and by paid his “worth” in silver .

Something trivial to lighten the mood (pinched from The Kop): Would you swap: 1) Houllier for O'Neill? 2) Kewell for Duff? 3) Anfield for Stanley Park? 4) One of our European Cup wins for Abramovich's billions? My answers are: 1) Right now, yes. He always gets more out of players than seems possible. We need a motivator. 2) I'd prefer both (still think we should have coughed up the £17m), but yes, I'd swap. 3) Yes. I want a season ticket!!! 4) Absolutely not. It's what sets us apart from all but two (?) other clubs in the world. Some things are more important than money.

I'm not trying to point score here but I am interested in what the majority think about this. I have gone for 4th now undoubtedly. I understand the winning sentiment of "No we are 2nd in the league so we should be aiming for the title" but lets be realistic. Arsenal aside, none of our main competition for 4th have hit full gear yet (Us included if i'm honest). Over the course of 38 games.. Do we have the squad capable of mounting a genuine title challenge? No. Chelsea and City both have far more strength in depth. Spurs haven't hit gear yet but i'm sure they will very soon and as for the Mancs, we all know they will get better although I do think we have a chanc…

I just happened to be in Corals today when they blerted out that United to remain unbeaten in the Prem "is a cracking price @ 8/1 I almost pissed meself I wouldnt back that shite with free money to remain unbeaten unless i knew that that baldy cunt would be reff'en everyone of there games Its the poorest United team for years and the gap between the top and the bottom of the prem is the narrowest ever add to this the team who beats them will be close to the 8/1 price that they quote to remain unbeaten so is it just me or would that tempt anyone on here to insure against them getting No19

I know the official line is "that Inter wouldn't accept anything less than €100million for him", but come on, they want to get rid. Where would you stand on a bid for him?

According to his agent Momo is looking for a move away from Juve. Napoli seems to be where he wants to go, but he has also hinted he'd like to come back to England. So would you take him back for the right price? Personally I think if we could sign him for around 8-10 million I think he'd improve our midfield greatly. He'd be a far better defensive option than either poulsen or Lucas. What's your thoughts?

A trophy next season and 3rd place in the league, but we mount a decent title challenge and finish less than 9 points behind the eventual winners.
