The Mirror's match report today slaughtered Drogba and Chelsea. The guy also claimed that the Shed End booed the fuck out of him after he pretended to have been caught in the face by Mills, and booed when it was announced that he was motm.

If thats true I may have to rethink my attitude towards Chelsea fans, as that shows class.

There was definitely a lot of booing when he got motm.

Wouldn't recommend rethinking your attitude just yet though.

You could definately hear the boos on MOTD/SSN (Can't remember which). They showed a clip of the PA guy announcing the man of the match and then the boos.

I thought they were coming from the Citeh fans though. But based on what I've heard from Chelsea fans on phone ins and stuff, I wouldn't be surprised if they did boo because he doesn't seem popular even with them.

He was probably booed by the Shed End because that's where the away fans sit ;)

Maybe he understands football?

He's a nice bloke actually and does understand why people dont like Chelsea and appreciates that its money that has got them where they should be. He's very worried about us next season and in the semi-final, and he reckons Crouchy is pretty good. So according to Rafa, he does understand football.

Normally when a player from the home-team is brought down, the crowd reacts. From what I could hear, they don't even react anymore when that joke goes down screaming. Just complete silence (like the rest of the game). Even the Chelsea-players don't react much when he does it, they just play on.

Yeah I read that, the Guardian match report was the same too:

Chelsea's excellence should have been the lasting memory of this game. Instead it is their gamesmanship, again.

Drogba had already scored one, excellent, goal when the ball looped towards him in the 33rd minute. Instinctively he controlled it with his arm and, unmarked five yards from goal, shot low and hard beyond David James. "Yes, it was handball," he said afterwards. "But sometimes this is the game. I don't know how to explain. The ball comes to me and I can't do nothing other than this."

Sometimes this is the game. When Arjen Robben collapses clutching his throat and Liverpool's José Reina is sent off; when Shaun Wright-Phillips trips over nothing to earn Newcastle's Robbie Elliott a second yellow card; when Drogba, just a week earlier, attempts to score using his fist against Fulham; when Chelsea are twice charged with failing to control their players. Sometimes this is the game.

Do you want to know the funny thing about all this chelsea shit. They have recently been charged twice with failing to control their players of which they deny the charge. And you know what, I believe them. I believe they were in FULL control of their players actions.
