What a result. What a performance. Our biggest ever win against United and the biggest sign yet that the team are finally coming back to form. A clean sheet, seven goals from the forwards and an afternoon that we'll never forget.

Paul Natton and Ian Brown join TLW Editor Dave Usher to try to make sense of what we just witnessed. Sit back, get comfortable and enjoy. This one is special.

I was thinking that maybe the reason we kept going at 4 and 5 nil was because we have a free midweek. Also, for the last 13 minutes, 4 of the front 6 were subs and 5 of the front 6 for the last 8 minutes.

Or maybe this time they actually listened to Robbo.

Very enjoyable, as expected.

Was (as Brownie) a bit miffed that Klopp didn't do the fist-pumps, but I have another theory than the two presented on the pod....

The way he kept spinning with his finger, I interpreted it as if we had a long way to go in the league yet before we were worthy of celebrating with more fist-pumps. I think if it was a cup game he would have done the celebration, but that our results in the league overall didn't warrant that kind of celebration yet. At first I thought he just wanted more noise from the crowd, but he was obviously gesturing for something else.

Anyway, small detail on an otherwise fantastic night!

Gakpo looked like he has been here for ages. He can do a bit of everything and looks like he can play anywhere on the pitch. The complete opposite of Anthony who you nailed with his style over substance.

Konate back and Fabinho looking sharp no suprise to see Trent better.
