I think we should be all over that.

Not a chance

We play with a single holding 6, he isn't good enough defensively to do that. Good bit here about why

He sits to deep to do tbe role we would want. He's also going to on 100k a week more than Salah amd 200 more than Virg

If Leicester need to sell Ndidi would be far better for us

I’m hearing that the Maddison to Newcastle deal is being held up by an unusual demand for a symmetrical leisure area outside his new home.

I guess you could say this transfer depends on whether or not the new mansion contains Maddison’s square garden.

Apparently the mancs are now willing to front up the 17ml in lost wages for de Jong. So 70ml overall fee,17ml in lost wages and match his 450k a week wages. Roughly 206ml total for a 5 year deal. Amd they wonder why they are shite.

They are Muppets if they pay the £17m.

Agree on Ndidi if Leicester need to sell to buy. Would offer great cover for Fabinho and if Leicester are starting to get desperate to bring in a few could be available at a really good price.

We're not gonna buy a dedicated 6 like Ndidi because if Fabinho is fit, that player is never gonna play. The #6 is like the right back situation, the backup is going to be a young player with potential or someone that can play multiple positions.

Like Morton? Who we just loaned out.

Yeah I don't disagree with this. Especially with Hendo still around. Think Ndidi could also play in the other spots in some games when we have a lead to protect or away in Europe. Can't see it happening though.

Nah, you would think with the way we play, Ndidi couldn't do that.

He wouldn’t do what the others do. That would be the point, he would offer far more protection and allow us to kill games off better. Ultimately it doesn't matter anyway

Yes, agree with this. Also, agree that we in all likelihood won't sign him either.

Fucking great business from Barcelona though.

Yes it would be.

Shame though as the noises around a week ago were that if they couldn't shift De Jong they may well have to do something more drastic to allow them to register their players.

Don't know if that was true as Tebas seems to think they will be ok now. However if it were true and Utd think the lad wants to go there you would think Utd would sit it about a bit longer than change their offer.

Leicester are the only PL club who haven’t yet bought a new player. Talk that they’re over £200m in debt. Apparently they have multiple players with just a year left on their contract as well. I think they might be a surprise team in the relegation fight this year, especially if they can’t keep Vardy fit.

My bottom six tips are Everton, Bournemouth, Fulham, Brentford, Southampton and Leicester. I think Forest and Leeds will be okay.
