Spot on. None of the refs from the Greater Manchester area should be allowed to ref or VAR either of the Manchester teams, so that means Taylor, Kavanagh, Tierney and Mason. I’ve no objections to them being fourth official, but they should not have any input into the decision making for these games. I can’t believe the other PL teams haven’t objected.
