I imagine it comes quite naturally to people who are devoid of empathy. Also worth noting that she had to delete a tweet that could have derailed a major criminal trial - not sure how she got away with that

She is clearly a bitch, but I think bullying has been quite widespread down there, including from some MPs you probably wouldn't think of. I know one girl who says she'll 'never work for another woman MP' because of  the grief she's had from a couple. If you work for one any longer than a year you're considered to be pretty thick skinned. I reckon if you did an FOI on how many Parliamentary staff have been signed off with stress in recent years it'd be pretty eye-opening. 

 

This is probably only getting more press than usual because it impacts a connected civil servant who's not used to getting his ear bent and wants a few quid. For every one of him though, there's 50 office monkeys with PTSD about slamming doors and cold coffee being poured in bins.

I wonder if unintentionally and inadvertently doing things will be available as an exculpatory defence in all other forms of tribunal, or is it's application just available to government ministers?

It appears Actions don't have Consequences for people supported by the PM but obviously anyone else can fuck themselves. 

 

Obviously the Action of the PM showing you can commit any Action you wish without Consequence, will not have any Consequences.

After what happened last time regarding the Israeli unauthorised  meetings there is no way Patel should have got near another cabinet position but being honest I don’t know why anyone is arsed or bothered as they’ve got an 80 seat majority and they’re in for pretty much the next 9 years at least . The fact he should have sacked Cummings and I’m sure a couple of others who I can’t think of proves they really don’t give a shit what anyone else thinks .
