Bit timid in the end, Kyrgios making far too many unforced errors. I want Tsonga to beat Nadal, great player but I just can't warm to him.

Yeah, he admitted to deliberately hitting Nadal in the chest and then went on to explain why he refused to apologise, spouting on about the Money Nadal had earned and cars. Ironic considering he himself has earned 7.3 million from the game so far. Also banged on about the fact he doesn't turn up for training or take it serious enough. He's only 24, quite clearly wasting the talent he was given.

Playing Devil's advocate , who is to say that he isn't happy earning £7.3m while not killing himself and having a social life and a pint along the way. You would have to say that , fantastic athletes that they are , Federer, Djokovic, Nadal and even Murray hardly ever seem to enjoy themselves particularly and can come across as dour individuals.

It does seem to suck the life out of you, look at Tim Henman for example he's one dour, boring cunt but at least he has an excuse as he never won fuck all of note.

Kyrgios just comes over as a spoilt brat mate within the game, although I really couldn't tell you what he's like away from the court. He just tries to hard to be the bad boy of Tennis. He's a Spurs fan as well, so fuck him. Isn't his mother some Asian Princess as well? 

 

I agree that a lot of the top players are miserable fucks. Samprass had a sense of humour away from the court, but you'd probably have to go back to as far as Jimmy Connors for a top player who brought humour to the court in abundance.

I see that Canadian, Raonic won in three sts again, beating that American who beat Wawrinka. I wouldn't bet against him being in the Semi against Djokovic in the top half of the draw.
