I used to use something years ago that worked quite well. You'd take it before you go to bed. Came in powder form and you just mixed it water. It works supposedly by reydrating you while you sleep.

 

Only thing was that I'd usually be too drunk to remember to take it.

 

Edit: I'll try to find out the name of it and get back to you.  I used to get it from my brother in-law who works for some health supplement company
