Aye, I was still really impressed with Gane's performance, though. And the Munhoz fight was a banger.

Gane could definitely bore his way to a title with that point fighting style. He looks very similar to Anthony Joshua in build and even looks like him facially.

Yeah I think he could be a contender, although a title-shot is a little way off, yet, I reckon. And I can understand why a lot of people don't like his style, but I've got a soft spot for out-fighters, and love watching them against brawlers/sluggers. I'm not so sure he'll always just get decisions, either, given his record - the dude can definitely finish when he spots an opportunity. Anyway nice to see some new blood at HW with Jon and a couple of prospects coming up.

And ha yeah they do look similar, now you mention it.

Shame about Chimaev, hopefully he's just emotional as we all can be when there doesn't appear to an end in sight to our troubles but it doesn't look good at all.

That card at the weekend was indeed incredibly dull, particularly the main event. This week's should be miles better, it can't not be.

And he's back

There is a plus side to being a Chechan superstar; Status, wealth and a nice life.

There is also a down side; You are expected to perform no matter what, even if you're coughing up your own lungs and shitting out your bowels.

Ha, they certainly did/do. Although tbf, UFC pre USADA was pretty lax as well. Just a piss-test a week before, wasn't it?

Pre and post.

You had to be a idiot to fail or completely fuck up your cycle
