SD, at the time was it an issue to you that the LD leader was religious?

Not enormously. It's much more important that they are a liberal.

The line of questioning against Tim Farron as regards his personal beliefs was, and remains, wholly disgraceful.

Of course, it’s the challenge to his homophobic and archaic beliefs that Stronts finds objectionable, as opposed to his homophobic and archaic beliefs.

Farron is a creepy, judgemental cunt. The fact he was so unequivocally rejected by the electorate, especially post the Brexit vote, speaks volumes.

Absent any evidence that he actually holds homophobic beliefs, can you explain why I should care what goes on in Tim Farron's brain?

People should be judged by their actions, not their private thoughts. As a liberal I will resist all attempts to introduce thoughtcrime into public discourse.

I don't think he's homophobic I think he loves the cock. Farron a man who will forever be associated with gay sex.

As a politician he's an amateur compared to the likes of Blair and Clegg. Even if they are found lying they just continue to lie. So I suppose he is genuinely troubled by his own moral quandary. Now come clean and tell us more about the chems in the water.

Surprising.

Is it?

I've always been pretty clear that a person's beliefs only become an issue when they start to impinge on the liberty of others.

Since Tim Farron has an impeccable record for supporting gay rights, I don't particularly care what he thinks.

Well, I think so yeah. I’m glad to hear it isn’t. But somebody who, by your own comments aimed at the religious, he’s is deluded with mental health problems. Thought that might be an issue. Although that’ll come across as snide, I don’t mean it as, just a surprise. I thought you would have been more put off than it appears you are.

Oh yeah, it's that time again.

Who said the following, pop pickers:-

There can only be religious extremists if there are religious people. Religion needs to be wiped out.

So let me rephrase it for you.

I've always been pretty clear that a person's beliefs only become an issue when Muslims.

He is deluded when it comes to religion. But he is also a good man and a good liberal who is able to keep his private opinions private, and who doesn't let his religious beliefs, whatever they may be, water down his belief in liberalism. If all religious people were like Tim Farron, religion wouldn't be anywhere near as big a problem as it is.

Because of the thumbnail it took me about 6 attempts of clicking on this thread thinking it was instant cunt identifiers, and getting stressed out because it kept opening the libdem thread.

Glad to see I'm not going crazy, just an idiot.
