Two long running, Obama era, investigations of two very popular Republican Congressmen were brought to a well publicized charge, just ahead of the Mid-Terms, by the Jeff Sessions Justice Department. Two easy wins now in doubt because there is not enough time.

The leader of the country publicly telling the justice department they should have delayed criminal prosecutions for political purposes.

The Mueller investigation might never end. Maybe that's his plan?

Woodward pp133: Sean Spicer...tried several times to persuade Mattis to appear on Sunday talk shows... The answer was always no. 'Sean," Mattis finally said, "I've killed people for a living. If you call me again, I'm going to fucking send you to Afghanistan. Are we clear?"

A snippet from a story just ran by The Guardian...

An internal White House resistance is working against Donald Trump to “frustrate parts of his agenda and his worst inclinations” until he leaves – or can be removed from – office, according to an anonymous account written by a current Trump administration official.

The op-ed, published in the New York Times on Wednesday, represents a shocking critique of Trump and is without precedent in modern American history. The anonymous author describes Trump as amoral, “anti-trade and anti-democratic” and prone to making “half-baked, ill-informed and occasionally reckless decisions”.

While Greavesy looks much the same The Saint is almost unrecognisable:

That exposes part of the issue with some of the thick fucking pricks - everything has to have a fucking mascot for them to rally behind. This reduc s any real engagement with the political process and keeps it as a game.

Go elephants!

Some of these thick fucks deserve a nuclear winter.
