Fugitive

Recommended Posts

During the Summer, when Chelsea were offering £70M, they were crowing that they wouldn't sell him for anything, that he was their main man and listing all the players he was better than, as they do.

Fast forward to this: a player worth considerably less than the £70M the club turned down, with refs having copped onto his diving antics, and an example to prospective players of why they would be seriously mad to go there.

"Just fuckin' talk to us lad"

What exactly are they wanting those players to talk to them about? What do they want them to say? There's nothing any of those players could say that would make anything better or calm them down.

I don't blame them for being furious at what's happening, but none of that makes any sense. And now Anthony Gordon is the bad guy for not getting out of the car and speaking to an angry mob?

After all that’s gone on there today with the board etc, why are players driving out of the ground while there’s mobs on the streets?

surely they’d be told to hang back?

Not blaming the players, clearly the rats in the streets are to blame. Just seems an unnecessary risk

it appears the security assessment only extended to the important people. Plus these videos of angry confrontations serve nicely to bolster their claims to the media.

Any manager going there if Lampard gets sacked would need their brain examined. The only person thick skinned enough to take it would be the man they sacked last season.

I can't see how they would get a "new manager bounce", given how toxic relations between the fans, the players and the club are. And I can't see them surviving if they stick with Fwank.

Amazing to think they had one of the best managers in the world in Ancelotti but he upped sticks after his house got robbed while his daughter was home.

When it first got reported in Twitter and before they were even identified, most of them said it was Kopites who robbed him.

That is genuinely frightening stuff. Did they purposely put those barricades in front of Gordon's car? There's a real danger to their players

Admittedly, I'm impressed they managed to even touch the red ones

Nah the road was blocked off
