Really impressed with Ghana this tournament they are without doubt a real football team, probably the best TEAM to come out of Africa since Cameroon.

 

Milan Rajevac and the Ghana players have to take a lot of credit for comming to a style of player and actually sticking to the coaches instructions and playing as a team.

 

It just goes to show that Football is a team game, Ghana may not have the best players in Africa but they certainly have the best TEAM.

 

Be interested to hear from those who know there African football how many Ghana players would make the Ivory Coast team.

Ghana haven't really surprised me this WC because they impressed me in 2006 too, gave Brazil and Italy a game but, just as in this WC, they have a hard time sticking the ball in the net so they've not really progressed in that sense.

It was bad enough that they hijacked the 1998 tournament. Don't want them anywhere near it. Geographically they qualify from a weak group. Pissed off with the way they have World Series and proclaim themselves as World Champions. Not even Olympic champions at baseball which is quite funny when you consider how many countries play it competitively.
