I can answer this one definitively. Galacticus is the hardest mofo in cartoon world. I had Top Trump Superheroes and Villains, and he scored straight tens all the way. Hard as fuck destroyer of planets. Second hardest was his former buddy, but ultimate betrayor, the Silver Surfer.
