Diaz was still in "possession" of the ball, the ball is travelling at an average speed and Diaz still has the opportunity to put it across the 6 yard box.

The Robertson one on Toney is clumsy and Toney invited it. You literally see him look round and wait for Robertson, makes his body bigger so Robertson goes into him. Definitely seen them given but definitely not worse than the foul on Diaz.
