This fella strikes me as one of the biggest hype jobs going. 
 

23 years old. Lots of loans. Established himself in the Benfica team for a bit. Has started this season on the bench, I believe. No full international caps.

We need more bodies, and if this is a cheap option which seems to have been implied, then I am for it. Obviously requires additional signings as a caveat of that.
