Yep. I read the full article in The Athletic after posting that screenshot on how they negotiated for Armrabat. 
 

I know we’ve all complained about us this summer (even me!), we’re still far better ran than them. 
 

They spend big on players (fee and wages) and then end up giving those players away for peanuts.

 

Hopefully it’s Chelsea come next summer.

I thought the same, he's a good player so why are Fiorentina happy to move him on so cheaply, you would have thought they'd stick to the £30+ million fee he was being touted for earlier in the window?

 

He turned up with a back injury and he's had issues throughout the World Cup with a back problem. It's almost as if the mancs don't really do due diligence on players?

 

Says a great deal that the mancs were struggling to make the £8 million loan fee.
