A few lads I go to the games with are saying we jib the premier league in for the Champions League. Absolute madness that. Even a great team like City could drop points to a mediocre one like Brighton, especially if we take the lead against Wolves and they are struggling to break down Brighton, who are disciplined with a semi decent defence if anything else. 

 

We have a tough game on Saturday, but if we take them to the final day, things can happen.

Exactly, the crowd and the prizes on offer will put energy back into the legs if needed. Then there is a big break until the final, strongest we have for every game please, good news is we can change around the midfield three without significant drop off in quality.

Library that stadium. Imagine playing in a CL semi final and sit there waving plastic flags. What in gods earth posseses you to do that unless you're oil cheat one or oil cheat two, without many " real " fans from before the influx of cash.

 

The turf was real shit aswell, unless they purposely didn't cut the grass to slow down Ajax´passing. 

 

If we can't win it, I really hope that Ajax goes on to win it before they get completely dismantled squad wise. At least they get a shitload of cash, instead of losing them on free this time around.that and they have a brilliant generation coming up next. Assembled on low transfer fees.
