If I had to guess, I'd say Karius and Ward are fighting for the right to be #2 keeper. Ming is not interested in that, maybe they are OK with it.

Speaking of Mignolet i was quite pissed at the time we went for him rather than Begovic, who i think is a good solid goalkeeper.

 

People only rate Begovic because he's a massive 6 foot 6 guy who seems dominant. He's really not, he's crap in most aspects.

Surely, we have to be buying an attacker of some sort? I feel like we were short even with all the players mentioned above in the squad (mainly because 4/5 aren’t very good or established), now we don’t even have a half broken Sturridge to bring in if Bobby needs a rest or is out for whatever reason.

Thought he was quality for Stoke. Maybe sitting on the bench for Chelsea did him in a little bit. But of course Stokw didnt play the same way as Chelsea or Bournemouth. Fuck i dont know, thought he was quality for Stoke but its possible his real ability was masked.
