Never warmed to the man for obvious reasons but after embarrassing himself at United it would've been easy for him to slip in at Villa or Newcastle.

 

The fact he's going completely out of his comfort zone to a completely new footballing culture reflects positively on him. He's away from the British press in an unfashionable team and he'll learn from it.

Don't hate the bloke but he's just another very average football manger of which there has been plenty. The only reason he will be remembered is for his failure to fill Slurs boots.
