Flint Town. 8 or 9/10.

A Netflix documentary series about the Flint,Michigan, Police Department and how they police the city. Scary stuff. Well worth watching for a view of third world USA and some of the people involved in the frontline. A must watch.

Maybe it was something in the water?

Yeah. It’s like the entire first season was a set up to something else. I like it.

I have just watched the first (Double) episode of season 2 and it's continued on from the season 1 finale. It's raised its game to another level, I've gone from finding it quite good to pass 20 mins to really, really enjoying it.

Pretty much everybody I’ve ever spoken to about it says the same thing.

Been watching a few Docs on Netflix.

A subtitled Messi doc with his old coaches and friends speaking about him, old archive footage of him when he was a kid. Interviews with Rijkaard and Cruyff. The hormone treatment he had to have etc. Twas quite good. 8/10

Justin Fashanu one. So sad. Oh, and John Fashanu is/was a cunt. Didn’t realise John turned into such a bad ‘un. Underage rent boys, male rape. Clough got rid in the 80s because he was gay although it was to be years later he came out. He ended it because he had a court case hanging over him for rape. 9/10

Countdown to Escobars death. Goes over the whole story, speaking to the people he knew. His Mrs (not a patch on his Mrs from Narcos!), his son, sister etc. Quite good 7/10

Queer Eye - I don't think I've watched another show this year where I've had a grin on my face throughout every episode. Maybe it is a bit of that American saccharine but the world needs more shows like this that don't beat you down with their constant cynical outlook and bleakness 8/10.

Thank fuck for that, just watched the first one and really enjoyed it. The bloke had a brilliant time and seemed to get loads out of it.
