35°C here this week. Was on a course yesterday and some bloke was complaining about the heat to me. He was from fucking Egypt, 7km away from the Giza pyramids.

He wasn't on fire was he? Fuck me I remember when I first stepped off the plane in Egypt and I genuinely thought the engine must be on fire the way the heat hit me. It was late evening as well.

It'a dry heat in Egypt though, isn't it. I am perfectly happy in 38°C heat in Spain, but I was dying here yesterday and it was only about 24, just because it was so damp.

Took the dogs for a walk along the cliffs at Cadgwith earlier, poor lads began to struggle a bit, blazing hot, little shade and no wind. Luckily I brought loads of water and there were some streams for them to paddle in.
